We start on time. Please come early to get settled.
Wear comfortable clothing, dress in layers if it’s cold.
Come with an empty stomach and a full heart. No big meals for 2 hours before class.

When you register for a session you’ve bought 12 classes. If you can’t make it to your class some week, you are welcome to make that up in another class during that same session. Or you can give the class to a friend and let them come instead.

I always have a selection of my favorite yoga books, dvd’s, and all yoga props for sale at the studio. Just ask me to show them to you.
